8 Shipping

8.1 All items purchased and paid for by the buyer from a seller’s store must be shipped by the seller as fast as reasonably possible.

8.2 Buyers will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a buyer receives a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from their refundable amount. 

8.3 If the reason for requesting a refund is due to the seller’s mistake then the buyer is entitled to a 100% refund, including ALL shipping. Nubian Center is not liable for any refund amount.

9 Returns Policy

9.1 Nubian Center is a market place designed to connect buyer(s) to seller(s). Unless explicitly stated on the site; the Nubian Center does not own or directly sell goods to buyers. Sellers are solely responsible for ALL product returns, refunds, and/or item exchanges due to the buyer for items purchased from their stores. As such, sellers must ensure that their store has a postal address that users can return stock to when required.

9.2 A seller will give a buyer 30 calendar days to return an item from the date the buyer receives it after a purchase from their listing. Returns must be sent back to the seller of the store that the buyer made the purchase of the item(s) in question. We will not receive or process any returns, and cannot guarantee the safety of any items sent to us from a seller or buyer.

9.3 Buyers must ensure that any product(s) they return is in the same condition they received it from the seller and in the original packaging. Sellers must keep the receipt provided by the store when the purchase in question was made as proof of purchase.

9.4 Sellers will provide a replacement or refund to the seller within 14 Calendar days of receiving the returned product. Whether a refund or a replacement is provided will be agreed between the seller and buyer. The buyer will have the final say on which of the two options they agree to.
